Tri-State Adjustments, Inc. has provided debt collection services for over 26 years primarily to the Healthcare industry with a focus in the Midwest states. They are seeking an energetic, motivated sales professional to expand their client base. Candidate will be located in the Midwest area. Prior sales experience of 2 to 4 years required, knowledge of collection industry a plus. We offer a base salary with expenses + commission and benefits.

Job Functions:

Prospecting to develop leads, qualifying leads into prospects and developing prospects into clients
Building lasting rapport with prospects and clients that includes a deep understanding of their needs and assures client satisfaction
Experience with solution selling, consultative selling and value selling
Strong oral communication, presentation, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales and proven track record
Ability to effectively lead the pursuit of sales opportunities with longer sales cycles while successfully closing multiple large sales contracts each calendar year
Attend trade shows and seminars as required

Job Requirements:

Experience working with B2B accounts in Accounts Receivable as part of a Finance Department or for a Collection Agency preferred
Proven past success in sales in a dynamic fast-paced industry
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Strong work ethic, initiative and ability to be self-disciplined and self-motivated
Degree preferred, 2-4+ years of professional sales experience
3 years experience in direct business to business sales, and phone based business to business prospecting resulting in successful acquisition of new clients
